Application:
STR40 is used to improve the milling homogeneity of rubber material with different polarity ang viscosity,absorbed rapidly by rubber material through wetting on the surface and boost rapid combination of rubber material ingredients.
STR40 is used for reduction of mooney viscosity and improve mobility of rubber material,which make the procedure related with rolling pressure after the milling more simple. The best effectiveness can be achivenss can be achieved when STR40 is used at the beginning of milling procedure .
Tackifying effect is obviously when STR40 is combined to be used with tackifying rubber system .STR40 adapt to dark color ruber material compound due to dark color, not to be used in lingt color compound .
